The US’s Economic Stimulus Bill passed and was put into the works but many experts are saying that it was doomed to fail from the start. Why? The problem is that the US economy is so tied up with the rest of the world that losses at home had effects that reached well outside the country and with that in mind, the money would run out faster than the problems that it was supposed to solve. Mr. Obama has surely toned down from his tough words during the election days due to the fact that most of his proposals were simply too great even for the American Government to solve alone. The war in Iraq is coming to an end with a US troops pullout scheduled for June or July this year. This would result in some savings from the costs the government uses to fund that war, that was supposed to be a short and technologically driven one. Years after the war started, it is still claiming lives and an end would surely put to peace some of the war’s critics.
